Due to COVID-19  and being a small business, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart if you are unsure about sizing on Blue Hearts sweatshirt and tees. They are unisex. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. If you need any questions you can email us. Blue Hearts Designs size charts are on the listings and all items are true to size unless stated otherwise.  

Once your order has been processed within my 12 business day time frame, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS, or your Route package protection so they can best serve you.
